Joe, you should look at your proxy material. Where do you mail the proxy?

There's usually a third-party that's hired to handle these things. not Price-Waterhouse, mind you (I think that's reserved for Miss America and Publisher's Clearing House:) ) but at least it's normally not the company.

Normally not CPAs, I beleive, but just unlicensed companies that are basically in the vote-counting business. Companies do it this way because it's a hassle to open all those envelopes. :)

Of course, you get to vote if you show up. You can normally revoke your proxy at the meeting, as well, if you have already voted. The company does the final count.
