Washington Group insulated themselves significantly from the DDC entity.
Bondholders whoever they are took the heavy risk...not washington group.

However, washington group could then sell its other services to the DDC entity.

I'm not sure why Tom Hoefer was gobsmacked.

...also Diavik's got a nice millfeed tail on the last year and a half.
Full Operation will be cut in the last bit. Hopefully Tom isn't gobsmacked by a shorter mine life at Diavik.

All these operations would have done a full expense cost in January/February with ice road shipments.
Knowing the virus was coming...they still had to commit....cause they don't do the ice road in August and they had no insight into the evolution of the virus.
