koan- good post. nothing we didn't already know but a good reminder that we need to get together and start working to build a more accessible platform for governance that opens the doors for all to participate. i did a little online searching and found something that sounds promising. it's on wikieducator.org and it's called wikigovernance. wikieducator.org it looks like it was started 12 or 13 years ago but never took off, so it's just sitting there waiting for an experienced government retiree like yourself to begin building it out and getting volunteers connected and working on it. i can't believe it's been sitting there for 12 years and you haven't added a thing to it yet. get busy... time's a wastin'.
