If a third party is counting the votes, why are they giving out the results to the company "before" the meeting has taken place. Supposedly it is at this meeting that members of the shareholders of this company can also cast their official vote. Although they did not need to waste the money and time to get this vote, it would have looked much better to make these changes on the 30th, not two days before the vote tabulations.
