It is always good to see your posts here. This is especially true because you typically show up shortly before a news release.

I wonder if you could give us an explanation as to why there is a delay in the J/L deal. Surely, the assay/recovery method has been proven to be effective, so that may not be an issue. The Johnson/Lett technology has been often referred to as a "patent pending" technology. In your estimation, what is the likelihood that J/L will be awarded world wide patent rights? Is Naxos waiting for this to fall in place?

Also, in the draft agreement between Naxos and Johnson/Lett, why does Jimmy John receive the voting proxy of the 10 million shares owned by J/L? If there is a concern about too much voting power in one voting block, why not just give J/L preferred, i.e., non voting shares?

I would appreciate your thoughts on this.
