I just spoke to Doris. The facts are confirmed:

1) "only" people from SALES are gone: Yoder and Raumer;
MANAGEMENT is still intact ( I know that we, including me,
are not happy with it today, but future will tell who was right)
2) number of shares outstanding: 63 mil fully diluted ( it includes
everything: shares and all the other printed "stuff");
Why the increase? For all acquisitions made so far.

I suggested her to do the following:

1) If SEXI still think that they don't have enough facts for press release, then they should, at least, post a message on SI thread (now is the time or never, my opinion only) addressing some of
our concerns.

2) We could also start a new thread with list of questions for
SEXI. On our old thread (...mostly fact..) we would discuss
all questions and pick the ones that are of major importance/
concern for all of us. On the new thread only "chosen" Q's
would be posted and answered by the Co.

3) SEXI should at least consult a psychologist that would teach
them aboout shareholders' psychology, since they failed on
that exam (assuming that they still want to stay public co. and
assuming that they were not lying when they were saying that they
were working in shareholders best interest). I don't know
if I'm not serious about it. One more option: we (SI people) could give them lessons at a discount.

Doris took notes (as always), gave me/us words of support (as
always) and promised to do what she can (as always).

Still here, but looking forward to a camping trip this weekend.
