Ever heard the expression, "thinking out loud?" I'll grant you that as President that can get you into trouble especially when the press and the Never-Trumpers like you get hold of it. So, OK he shouldn't have said it whether it was sarcasm or not. Nevertheless, other than where a news outlet quoted exactly what he said, like your source, he didn't say what was generally headlined about drinking Lysol, etc.
