Of course he didn't literally say, "Everyone inject yourselves with syringes full of disinfectant."

But the media is reporting he did and hoping someone does and die from it like they did with the fish tank cleaner. The lie is the reporting or lampooning as you say as fact or even a recommendation from Trump.

It was simply an obvious suggestion to doctors if something works to kill it can something be injected or inhaled?
