Although, he may have jumped around, I recall Bruce Judson being a principal at Boston Consulting Group where he had worked for a number of years, and he was also one of a select few who began BCG's NY office. Knowing folks at that level at BCG, they are extremely bright and knowledgeable. Hence, my concern was that Judson leaving was a commentary on the prospects of the company. Why would anybody, presumably with some equity, leave prior to the auction? Wouldn't you at least want some degree of input into that process?

On a side note, why so little analyst coverage? People know about CVUS, but none of the analysts: Dillon Read, Lazard, Asensio have issued a follow-up report, and no i-banks have initiated coverage. Perhaps it's too speculative and small for analysts to cover with any degree of rigor....
