The information you have entered does not match our records. Please try again. I had to use various combinations to get passed that message. SSN without dashes. Address in full caps like it was on the tax return. Last year my CPA earned his money and with my quarterly estimates and RMD's, my refund was zero and my tax liability was zero. DUH...that option was not available! Entering "owing 0" worked, but entering a "refund of 0" did not. They asked me to complete a survey and I told them EXACTLY what I thought of their website. The next day I did not have to fill out anything other than SSN and it told me immediately my check will be/was scheduled to be mailed on the 24th. Don't know if somebody read the blistering survey or it just happened that way.
