Not happy.. but becoming a more motivated property buyer now... I've been delaying in planning some of my projects... not shopping seriously... waiting for a more appropriate time... to begin work on new property acquisitions... The next couple of years do appear to be shaping up as offering "improving" potential for real estate projects making sense... still simply assuming that anyone survives... that banks still exist to lend money... etc.
