Hi Black Swan,

Buying some ground that you can call your own has special joys.

Every ounce of sweat AND MONEY SPENT ON IMPROVEMENTS will always be yours.

You'll never regret it.

If in doubt go big.

Buy something on a river or a lake. When you get so old, people will tell you to go to an assisted living home, and you'll say "I want to die right here".

My Mom lived in what is my home now in Wisconsin to the ripe age of 98 1/2 years old. She chose to move to an assisted home with 12 people for the last 6 months of her life. She had lost her vision ,hearing, and basic mobility before she succumbed to assisted living.

She would have been scared to death in this pandemic situation.

There is a bond that develops with making your piece of land a better place.

It is a wholesome experience that leads to contentment when making your own land better.

Having seen your garden projects, YOU NEED TO FIND YOUR OWN PLACE, and go BIG with location location location.

If it means a smaller garden in 2020 for your to find it - it's a great plan.

When all you have is lemons - make lemonade!

Real estate is off and interest rates are the lowest ever - time to find you a place to live with an even better garden!

Bob
