You are training your conscious not to think but your subconscious continues to think. You also do not control the gateway from your subconscious to your conscious. He is 10 times more creative than you and is not controlled by you Your subconscious is 100 times as creative.
I look at the subconscious as hundreds of creative musicians playing music by themselves or in groups of 2-3. They are wild and intoxicated and thinking outside the box. The gateway between the subconscious and the conscious is an individual I will call the conductor. He observes and organizes the subconscious and is a bit more rigid but 10x as creative as you.His organized ideas are from the subconscious.For every 10 wild ideas he sends you, you throw out 9. If the conductor is ill or dead you have schizophrenia. The subconscious sends the conscious wild unfiltered ideas. These are delusions. A mildly ill conductor is mild schizophrenia. A dead conductor results in severe schizophrenia with a popcorn subconscious sending their every fantasy to the conscious. As these thought reach the conscious in an abarent manner they are taken by the conscious as real
