my understanding of psychologist professional ethics is that psychologists are required
to keep diagnostic determinations/statements confidential. a psychologist's professional
opinion is a private matter, when it regards an individual. when it's turned into a politic,
it finds the slippery slope.

i don't know how gartner's public politic has splashed within the american psychological
association, but imagine there's been a review, at least.

i agree that it's important for folks to see descriptions of narcissistic behavior.
