I do not think he can help himself.. I think he really believes that he knows better,, not realising that a good manager (prez) needs to take advice, vet it and te intentions of the contributors and make his best decision based on the facts presented,, the stakes are too high for his gut alone...

I said a long time ago that he was out of his league.. His biz method d not up to snuff at this level..
