Peter, Yes, but I'm cheating since I see it's up 1/2 today. It was upgraded a week or two ago by Merrill and then downgraded yesterday. I don't know who is more powerful, but Merrill is usually a pretty strong influence. They downgraded TEE about 6 months ago near 35 and it hasn't stayed above 33 for more than a day since. FCH was upgraded one day and downgraded the next and the downgrade seems to be winning. Good buy in the 35-36 range, sepecially after good earnings. Lots of REIT's taking one day dives and then recovering 2-3 % in a day. CLP, FUR, GGP,HME, etc. CRE, HPK, CNT, MRR are among ones low right now Richard
