My community has a builders recycling center... Maybe start with a repurposed shower enclosure... tipped on the side with the door hinges on top ? Finding one with a clear door might be an issue. An old fluorescent fixture... just need to pay full fare $ for the full spectrum tubes ? Or replace the doors on an old dishwasher with something framing a window glass that fits the door seals ? Shouldn't be too hard to arrange proper drainage in either of those... I don't know if the local center is on full lock down or not... But, probably not many competitors out and about now... or many providing new material...
