*AV* -- I am scrambling myself for a flight. Apparently there has been a great deal of consolidation in the airline flights out to Vegas from Denver. United has somehow chased all the others out of the market and the only real deals are flying out of Colorado Springs. I do not know whether I want to drive 150 miles to catch the flight. I am so close to Vegas at that point, I might as well drive the rest of the way. Travel Agent is still working the issue for me. I have reservations at both Caesars and TI. I am at the moment of truth myself.

All the junkets to Vegas from DIA have been eliminated. Right now United is charging as much to fly to Vegas from DIA as it does to
fly from Atlanta to Vegas. Go figure!!!! But $1000??? Never in a million years. I usually fly 4 people round trip to LaGuardia or Newark for $1000 in December.
