My reason for asking is based on the fact that Future Media Technology was involved in the compression aspect and USA was the vechile used to deliver and decompress the data. Ex: A two hour movie, compressed by FMT could be delivered and "downloaded" to the end user in about 3 minutes. USA's set top box would then take over and "convert" the digitized data into analog enabling the end user to view the movie. My example is probably an oversimplification of the process, but still gives you the essence of the relationship between the two companies. Regards, John
