The warrants are a little low. I believe they are good til 2001 and the strike is $4. There is plenty of upside in them. The acquisition is very intriguing. The flay panel display arena is going to be one of the hottest areas in the next few years. Not only military ..... but nemerous other consumer applications .... computers, information appliances, etc..... I like it ! Mike
