Apparently warrants can't be called unless common gets to 9 3/8 for 20 days.

From the annual earnings press release dated July 9, 1997:

"Along with the profit results for the year, the Company also announced the establishment of the warrant exercise price for the 2,250,000 publicly traded warrants outstanding under the trading symbol ''PCTHW.'' Based on the Company's net income for fiscal 1997, the exercise price of the warrants has been established at $4.6875. The exercise price of $4.6875 required the Company to have net income exceeding $1,500,000 for the 1997 fiscal year, a requirement which has been exceeded. The warrants are exercisable by the holder at any time prior to July 15, 2001, unless previously redeemed by the Company. The Company may redeem the outstanding warrants, in whole or in part, at any time upon 30 days written notice at a price of $.25 per warrant, provided that the closing bid price of the Company's Common Stock has been at least $9.375 for each of the 20 consecutive trading days immediately preceding the date of the notice of redemption. The closing bid price of the Company's Common Stock on July 7, 1997 was $4.125. "
