--kettlebells are out of stock-- fads continually amaze me. i first came upon kettlebells when reading about russian athletic training in the 1970s. never saw one in any american fitness center. i've been out of the fitness center loop for many years and i guess they are 'essential' now. geez..... en.wikipedia.org
