they weren't to be found when i was looking for them... a bunch of decades ago... though a few folks were using something similar for the 35lb weight throw: youtube.com -g- i'm glad folks are using them... guess it's nice not having to change the weights on a barbell... kettlebells probably make good doorstops, as well... and they are much cuter than barbells... look a bit like pokemon characters... speaking of fads, that is. -g-
