Wharfie, the key point in that memo is that prisoners scheduled for early release should have some place to go. Or did you miss the words "home confinement"? Newsom obviously didn't think about that when he ordered the mass release. Now we just added more homeless people on the streets. Odds are that they'll commit more crimes, if anything, just to get back to their three hots and a cot. Tenchusatsu
