Lawyers are like cockroaches. When they see others in the kitchen, they feel it is safe and join in the fun. These lawsuits are free advertising and everyone likes to see their name in print. The truth of the matter is that eventually, all of these lawsuits will be consolidated into one. The lawsuit should be ignored in one's consideration of whether or not to own this stock. With that being said - the chart looks terrible. It has lost all support and could very likely head much lower. I would not recommend averaging down until some sort of bottom is formed. I sold my position at 6 13/16 when it lost momentum. Geez software developers have ego problems - g.o.d. - give me a break. Good luck all, Steve
