"if you can't think of a way in which foreign powers interfered with your ability to vote"

I don't know if they interfered with anybody's ability to vote. That would mean removing them from the voting rolls. They tried to influence others to vote against Hillary, or to stay home in disgust, in order to help Trump win.

"Of course they could have done that"
They did do that.

"How is that different from anyone else who adds posts and creates fake events?"
Aside from the fact that they are foreigners, overseas, working for an adversary?

"tell me what did they do with these state voting rolls and politician accounts? Did they alter them in any way? Did they send fake e-mails from these hacked accounts?"

Tell me you know that hacking is against the law, and tell me you've heard that emails from hacked accounts showed up on wikileaks, and that you know one does not have to send out emails from hacked accounts in order to be in violation of the above-mentioned hacking laws.
