Hi Wayne! *** OFF TOPIC *** This may not apply to CVIA right now, but I think it could before too long.

Does it seem to you that, generally speaking, MMs are "handling" OTC:BB stocks differently since the NASD announcement of new proposed requirements for OTC:BB stocks?

It seems to me that MMs are pressing prices lower more vigorously than they have in the past, thereby making it more difficult for legitimate, growing companies to attain prices that allow them to move off of the OTC:BB.

If the OTC:BB electronic board loses about half of the companies currently listed, that greatly reduces the number of companies MMs have and are able to "massage." That could greatly reduce the business activity (and income) for MMs.

Do you think that could cause MMs to try to keep more companies on the OTC:BB longer by keeping the prices lower and thereby making it more difficult to meet the requirement for listing on bigger boards?

Any thoughts? (Please note any responses to this as "Off Topic" so we don't waste time for anyone scanning for "just CVIA" info.)

Thanks in advance.
Brad
