I love oxtail just about anyway you serve it. We do just the opposite around here. I do most of the coooking and my wife does most of the baking, with dishes being a shared chore. Market just closed her in California and I made myself a bowl of noodle soup (.20 cent pack of Top Ramen = no money made today ;) ) with a medley of mushrooms: porcini, woodear, oyster, shitake, & morels; garnished with jalepeno pepper & cilantro and topped with hot chile oil and hoisin sauce. For a drink I had some Veitnamese style iced coffee. For dessert a wee bit of rainbow skittles to help wind me down for my afternoon nap.(do note --> I ever did this when my kids were in the home) There's a squirrel out there on the lawn with the chickens. yesterday I caught one on the fence licking up the nectar in a bottle brush
