Here is one of those great e-mails that I got from Neal last month. Notice his statement "....and the stock symbol will not change until (if passed) after the vote."

Okay.

We have announced the intent to change to name of the corporation. This will not become official until after a vote of the shareholders and, if approved, until the filing is completed at the Secretary of State's office.

As the plan to change names has been released, the name can be used to start to familiarize the market with the new name. The press release still references the old name, and the stock symbol will not change until (if passed) after the vote. This is simply a mechanism to market the new name now, so as to have a couple of months of name exposure before the possible change date.,

We are not in any way circumventing a shareholder vote; we are just marketing the new name, while still referring to the old, to get the public familiar with it.
