Trump strategy is pretty simple and straightforward.

1. Don't bail out USPS and kill it right before elections.
2. Use controlled Supreme Court to ban mail-in elections (just to make sure that Fedex will not come to the rescue).
3. Pandemic is still on, and second wave may be still strong in November, so people would be reluctant to vote in person.
4 Turnout is low, Republicans win.

Pretty simple and easy to do.
