I'm the same way. I use these political boards to vent about what I see as insanity. While in 3D life I am forced to associate with some people who fall for all the various conspiracy crap and propaganda, and I just leave it alone, or tread very lightly. I'm amazed at people who are very well-educated professionals who get sucked into the propaganda. A lot of it is no doubt peer pressure. If your family and friends watch and follow Fox news and they go to church and hear the same thing being preached from a pulpit, then what is their option if they actually believe these things are false. The only option for someone who disagrees would be to just drop their family and friends and find new ones. Or just to remain silent for the most part and wear out your hand by doing face palms, like Dr. Fauci.
