I wouldn't begin to guess at the answers to your questions. But one thing is true, whether by coincidence or not: this large purchase has occurred just prior to the annual meeting. I interpret this as a great signal for things to come. No one would drop this kind of cash without doing extensive research, talking to managment and having a reasonable comfort zone about the investment.
