JFD, Its very dangerous to bottom-fish PRST right now. I suspect we will see bottom only after bulls CAPITULATE and a selling CLIMAX results (maybe somewhere in the teens?) After which we should see a sustained multi-day rally on nice volume as shorts cover. --Olu E.
