Gerry: Have you heard whether or not the merger went through?
The deadline was extended to midnight last night (1/26), but I
noticed that the company doing the buyout "Philip Services Corp"
is the biggest loser on the NYSE today. Read all the news on PHV,
but found no mention of ADNV after the 12/18 annouoncement of plans
to merge.
