TIME OUT, All: Shouldn't the idea here be that people pitch out ideas whether they put their money down or not? If people start getting inhibited for whatever reason, we could all miss out on potentially important moves. IMO, after an idea is tossed out, it is up to each individual to do their own homework. I REALLY don't want to start anything, especially in the middle of a trading day but that is my 2 cents.
