This isn't the chart that I was looking for, but it portrays similar data. The chart is a plot of the average number of total deaths per week for various European countries, as compared to the total number of deaths per week in 2020.



This is total deaths from all causes. It is obvious that the total deaths per week jump way higher in March and April of 2020. Something is increasing the death rate significantly! It must be the pandemic.
