"for what it's worth"the guestion of the so called 30mil plus domestic order is important.......such an order were it ever to have existed should have been doable this is the sort of opportunity UIC needs to rid itself of these ridiculous dilution costs then we could raise funds at 90cents and we wouldn't be continuously sold out.......
