Since my arrival in Cape Town 1st March the ZAR : USD declined from 0.063 to 0.053, and the ZAR : HKD declined from 0.50 to 0.42, as HK$ is pegged to the USD, resulting in my monthly rent dropping 16%.
In the meantime the DRD wager, based in S Africa and traded in NYC and Jo’berg, rose 56% (6.10 to 9.50) even as its operations stopped 26th March.
Under the circumstances as described, and given that I am now practiced at being own barber, am not sure reopening is altogether absolutely necessary, at least not until such time all of my iPhone, iPad, and Mac Book Pro are broken and in need of replacement.

But, yes, it would be nice once the restaurants, wineries and farmers market are in business again.
