I am not an expert, but this sounds like a way to reduce direct competition and get the most out of their intellectual property. This will allow proper allocation of resources for R & D for potential patents not covered in the aggreement. This could also provide for standardization of SIII and CRUS products within the industry as their market share should grow. Jeff
