I listened to a lot of the conference call on starwood today. it gave me a lot of confidence FWIW. Seems too good to be true at these levels.but its hard to look past a seemingly well managed company selling at under book and generating a 15% normalized return at these price levels.. GPOR rebounding a bit after a massive decline in share price friday. Since the market didnt seem to react much to the positive starwood conference i guess i will wait for the nrz conference call to hear what they have to say.
