bern- here's my bogie in the old pot ready for the move to the new... and here it is in the new pot with a couple of jobe spikes and new potting soil. i cut up some of the massive tangle of roots. we'll see how he does. there may be some shock for a couple of daze with all the trauma and the move to outdoors. i expect to have maroon blossoms poking out in a week or so. when it's living inside, the blossoms are pink. it doesn't do well in direct sun - too hot - so i put it in the corner under the shade of the mulberry (which has just finished seeding and is beginning to fill in with new leaves). fingers crossed. how's yours doing? -blue thumb polvo
