Douglas, I didn't notice a responce but when NMS is achieved that will not add more dilution to TPRO, but will in fact help stabilize the stock. With individual investor's shorting the stock and then covering, the price stabilizes in a range on no news. (One of the biggest mistakes Thailand made was to outlaw shorting, there system dived and there was nothing on the other side to hold it up or slow the decline).

In addition, NMS gives investors more buying power on margin. And the people holding this security are risk players, so they will be inclined to buy more with their margin. (To the rest of the market this is a high risk stock, but our collective DD has truly help raise the confidence level). And Institutions will the inclined to buy TPRO because of the Margin effect.

Anyway, I hope that helps answer your questions. (One more thing, short squeezes are more possible on a NMS stock because the MM loses his monopoly power, the poor MM can't play as much).

Take Care,
JZ
