I think it's just a code thing that shows you and only you one of your posts. It did the same thing to me. It showed a PM I had sent to someone.
I know there are codes like that on messenger, Facebook etc too. It used to freak people out. Someone would send a link claiming they could see your profile and all it did was show you your own.
