I keep hoping when this virus thing cools down, they will go back to what they were before.

Maybe they’ve found a new business model that’s working for them. Less people to handle the complaints on the phone. Less payroll. Just let the website do all the work.

No reason to build up a customer base through goodwill; they’ve already got a captive audience. How many people are going to cancel their Prime accounts? Why even have one at this point?
