....I think these are the clauses open for states(especially rural) to abuse, and spend the fed bucks. Any stocks come to mind? Expenses to facilitate distance leaming, including technological improvements, in connection with school closings to enable compliance with COVID-l9precautions. Expenses to improve telework capabilities for public employees to enable compliance with COVID- I 9 public health precautions.
