Thanks for clearing this up. MIDLP sounds great and I won't even have to bother with it until 10/98!

Now to make sure I understand this...

MIDLP is currently 5.50 ask, that means my AMSC will be 0.157? (5.50 / 35)

Boy, I need to open my eyes. I've blown off mention of the preferred shares for some time now....sounds like the best bargain around....assuming of course that MIDL performs :-)
