Ms. Lamb, I am not sure where you are going with your comments.
"the stock price just isn't behaving like it should and there is usually a reason..." There are some basic facts that we all must face when looking at the daily stock price of Naxos. We have no performance record. We have no asset valuation. We have no strategic partners. We have no company history (other than Venezuala) to measure the success of FL against. How should this stock behave?

I understand and completely share your frustration. But what you need to bear in mind is what we do have. We do have initial testing that has confirmed years of claims by Naxos that there is significant gold at FL. We do have a straightforward plan in execution right now to prove up the reserves as well as the recovery rates for PM's at the site. We do have great and very well orchestrated efforts to get the Naxos name in front of the right people so that when the news is absolutely conclusive, we will have a running start...to the moon!

As you may have read on my posts before, it was three years ago that I was introduced to Naxos and ABSOLUTELY ASSURED by some fellow investors that we were on a schedule of "Naxos by June". Retirement plans in Vail were already on the boards for the following ski season. Well, here we are three years later and we have the proof with certified numbers that what we talked about three years ago was true indeed. But the schedule is a little off. Just a bit.

So when you talk about how this stock price should perform, remember there are lots of people just like me who have stood by Naxs and have quite a bit of money locked up in this stock which is very difficult if not impossible to "trade". You either have to hang in or get out if you don't want to drive yourself crazy.

It is very low volume that has pushed our price down in all cases in the last few months. Like I mentioned in a previous post, there is probably a little selling that goes on all the time for all kinds of reasons. Tax bills, new cars, kids college and who knows what else. But when we are waiting for great news, the buyers do just that...wait.

Hang in there. Naxos is a trial by fire (assay).
If the testing continues in the same vein as the last round, you will eventually be well rewarded for your patience.

Regards,

Tom F.
