The bulk of my investments has been in DGI for a long time. Most of the companies that i write puts against are DGI as well. I typically look for at least 8% on the put premiums so they exceed the underlying dividend BUT, you forego growth and cap gains. Now all bets off for a while. Just had another DGI company suspend dividend.
