Frank---I don't think so. BANX had already committed to this strategy months ago. This old news. The other RBOCs are definiteoly going with ADSL as an interim solution. In fact, Bell Atlantic is also committed to ADSL as an inerim solution with their contract with LUCENT//BBTK contract.

NUKO has designes its system for ADSL, Cable, satellite and Fiber. NUKO also has an ATM inteface for its video system.
No matter which way it goes, NUKO should be in----LORD WILLING.

NUKO has contracts, alliances and integrations with:
1) Westell.
2) Cisco.
3) Nortell (Northern Telecom).
4) Samsung
5) NASA.
6) GRC International
7) Distance Learning development with Pacific Bell and Stanford U>
