The company has negotiated a private placement of 1,500,000 units at $1.14 for $1,710,000. Each unit
will be comprised of one share and one warrant to purchase an additional share for two years at $1.14
for the first year and at $1.31 for the second. Proceeds will be used to further exploration on the
company's mineral properties in the South Voisey Bay area of Labrador.
